Managing a complete digital business presence often requires users to move between disconnected tools for website content, products, services, media, payments, subscriptions, orders, and physical-to-digital experiences such as NFC cards. The application needed to bring these workflows into a consistent interface while supporting visual editing, multi-step authentication, responsive layouts, reusable forms, checkout processes, and synchronization with an external API. Another major challenge was handling persistent server data alongside highly interactive local editing state without making complex workflows fragmented or difficult to navigate.
A modular React application was developed around protected user workflows, nested dashboard navigation, reusable interface components, and feature-specific screens. A visual template editor combines configurable content sections, responsive previews, styling controls, typography options, animation settings, and undo/redo state. TanStack React Query coordinates API-backed resources including templates, products, categories, media, NFC cards, subscriptions, and orders, while Recoil manages interactive editor state. Structured form validation, desktop and mobile experiences, AI-assisted content creation, media processing, checkout workflows, Google authentication, and centralized user feedback transform complex business-management operations into guided user journeys.
The platform creates a centralized foundation for managing multiple areas of a digital business from one application. Combining website content creation, catalog management, NFC personalization, subscriptions, payments, media management, analytics, and order visibility significantly reduces workflow fragmentation. From an engineering perspective, its modular component architecture, reusable API hooks, shared validation patterns, responsive layouts, dedicated editor state, and separated server-state management improve maintainability and provide a scalable foundation for introducing additional business tools and customer-facing experiences.

The application provides reusable media workflows including uploads, multi-image handling, cropping, optimized lazy-loaded presentation, asset selection, and background removal through external image-segmentation services. These tools help users prepare polished visual content without leaving the main business-management experience.
Users can browse available NFC card variants, personalize identity and business information, configure branding details, manage previously owned cards, and move through an integrated ordering and checkout workflow that connects physical cards with digital business experiences.
Structured plan-selection and checkout workflows support monthly and annual subscription options, billing and shipping information, payment-card validation, coupon validation, payment creation, subscription creation, and payment-result states. These flows provide an integrated path from plan discovery through successful subscription activation.
A responsive dashboard centralizes access to templates, NFC cards, sales information, orders, media, and related business tools.
